Introduction (Payroll)

The Payroll Module helps you manage the entire employee payroll process, from employee management and attendance tracking to salary payments. This system is designed to simplify HR work and ensure every employee receives accurate and timely compensation.

Key Features

The Payroll Module consists of three main sections that work together:

1. Employee

Manage employee data and organizational structure

  • Store complete employee data (personal, contact, employment contract, work history)
  • Manage salary increases or adjustments with approval workflows
  • Upload and manage employee documents (ID cards, tax IDs, certificates)
  • Set up company organizational structure (departments, positions/job titles, placement/branch)

2. Attendance & Time

Track attendance, leave, overtime, and work schedules

  • Record attendance with fingerprint or manual entry
  • Manage leave with automated approval system
  • Record overtime and calculate overtime pay
  • Create employee work schedules and shifts
  • Automatically calculate shift coverage
  • Automatically detect schedule conflicts
  • Set up holiday calendars

3. Payroll

Calculate salaries and process payments

  • Automatically calculate salaries based on attendance and overtime
  • Configure salary components (allowances, bonuses, deductions)
  • Automatically calculate income tax (PPh 21)
